About the Classes
  Each class is a time of exploration, of seeking the balance between strength and softness, observing body, breath, mind and spirit. My intent is to make yoga accessible to every individual adapting postures to your level of flexibility and experience.

Beginners
  A class for beginners, introducing breath and body awareness, basic postures are taught with emphasis on centering, alignment and relaxation.

Level I
  A class for continuing students that includes the introduction of backbends and inversions.

Level II
  A class for experinced students who are familiar with standing and seated postures as well as backbends and inversions.

Gentle / Back Care
  Enjoy a slow moving , mindful class and learn to gently use yoga as a powerful therapeutic tool. Strengthen and stabilize problem areas and find pain relief.

Restorative
  A class for those needing a quiet, restful yoga practice. Good for times of fatigue, stress and recovery.
